Tell us about pets and shaded resting areas. Coordinate property preparation with your veterinarian's animal-care advice.
Bird control
Roof ledges, nesting debris and access points need a property assessment before deterrents or exclusion work are priced.
General pest protection covers the pests listed in your written plan. Bed bugs, termites, active rodent work and other specialty treatments need separate pricing. How much does pest control cost?
Home Defense starts at $75 for the first month, including initial general pest service, then from $45 per month for eligible homes up to 2,500 sq ft. Visits occur every 60 days and billing is monthly. Property size, activity and service needs affect your quote. See plans and full pricing.
Why am I billed monthly if service visits are every other month?
Monthly billing spreads the cost of your ongoing protection across the year, including months without a scheduled visit. Home Defense visits occur every 60 days. Covered-pest return service is included.
Does general pest protection include scorpions?
Yes. Standard scorpion protection is included when written into your general pest plan. Black light inspection options, structural sealing and exclusion should be discussed with your owner; additional work is quoted separately. Explore scorpion control.
Do you provide pest control for businesses?
Yes. We start with the property, pest concerns, operating hours and access needs, then confirm the service areas, visit schedule, documentation and price. Request a commercial walkthrough.
Are termite and rodent treatments included?
No. Termite treatment, active rodent control, exclusion, monitoring and other specialty work require a separate scope and quote. Termite services · Rodent services.
Do I need to sign an annual contract?
Our residential recurring protection does not require an annual service contract. Your price, visit frequency, coverage and any initial-service offer are confirmed in the service details before treatment.
What happens if covered pests return between visits?
Call or text us with what you’re seeing and where. We confirm the available route window for targeted return service. The written guarantee explains which pests and visits are covered. Specialty work follows its own written scope. Read about coverage and return visits.
Which Arizona cities do you serve?
Our home base is San Tan Valley. We serve Queen Creek, Mesa, Casa Grande, Florence, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Coolidge, plus Peoria, Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Glendale and Tucson. What should I do before treatment if I have children or pets?
Tell us about children, pets, aquariums and sensitive areas when requesting service. We explain the preparation, product-label precautions and re-entry instructions for your treatment. How do I request a time or ask for a callback?
Use the price tool to choose a service and ZIP, then choose a contact option. The booking portal lets you request a service time; the team confirms availability. Request an owner callback if you want to discuss the property first. A price estimate or callback request does not activate a plan.
